But when a jailor decided to rock the jailhouse by taking it a step further by organising a dance by a semi-clad woman on Republic Day in an Orissa prison, he was suspended.<br /><br />Nirakar Mohanty was suspended Tuesday after a local private television channel showed footage of a function inside the jail where a semi-clad woman was seen dancing and a prisoner smoking a cigarette.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br /><br />This programme was organised in the sub-jail at Salepur in Cuttack district, some 60 km from here, as a part of official Republic Day celebration, the &quot;News Fuse&quot;&nbsp; programme of the OTV channel claimed Tuesday. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br /><br />The footage also showed dozens of inmates witnessing the show. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br /><br />&quot;The jailor has been placed under suspension for allowing smoking and for organising a&nbsp; vulgar dance in the jail,&quot; state Inspector General of Police (prison) V.
